I am not a breakfast eater.
I’ve never been able to, even if I prepare it the night before.
I know, I know. I’ve heard it all: “it’s the most important meal of the day”, “breakfast keeps you going all day”, yadda yadda yadda. I just can’t do it.
I’m not trying to brush off the fact that breakfast is important, and I wanted to somehow incorporate its benefits into my morning routine, so I figured out a compromise.
